Who May Use this Service?

This service is for the students, staff, and faculty of the University of Cincinnati Academic Health Center, UC Health and faculty with dual positions at Children’s Hospital or the Veteran’s Administration.

What Type of Questions May I Ask?

Questions regarding access to electronic journals, ebooks or databases, questions with brief, factual responses such as addresses of organizations and institutions, historical facts and dates, verifying bibliographic citations (no more than 5), and where to begin to look for information on a topic.

How Soon Can I Expect an Answer?

Questions will be responded to in the order received. If you need more immediate service while the library is closed, please call 513-558-1433 and leave a detailed message.  We will get back to you promptly between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday-Friday.
